  Central Interior Pumps, incorporated in 2004, was founded as a small business by Blaine and Brenda Matuga. Blaine, a Journeyman Plumber and Well Pump Installer, saw a need for reliable and knowledgeable groundwater services within the Kamloops region. Over the years, Central Interior Pumps has undergone growth and transformation, developing into one of the leading pump companies in British Columbia. We have provided continuous professional service throughout this time and have become highly respected. 

2023 was an exciting year and new chapter in our journey, as new ownership and the next generation have taken over CIP. The passion in our industry is carried on by Dan Evans, Colton Matuga and Lindsey Matuga who have all worked in the groundwater industry for many years. They continue to grow and uphold the highest industry standards. 

Our clients are our priority, and we maintain enough staff and equipment to always be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.  Safety and continuing education are of utmost importance to CIP. Our field team members are trained in all required safety procedures and our vehicles are equipped with all required safety equipment/markings for site work. 

We have an ICBC registered fleet of certified crane trucks, support vehicles, flow testing equipment, down hole camera, compressor, generators & jobsite trailers. We also have professional offices with a meeting and training boardroom and full shop for maintaining reliable vehicles and industry equipment.
